Luxury Pool & Outdoor Living Photography | PTX Custom Pools – Azle, TX

Project Overview:

First Choice Media photographed and filmed this Azle pool project with an emphasis on communicating both its overall layout and the individual construction details that distinguish the finished backyard. The primary pool uses a large rectangular footprint with clean architectural lines. One end incorporates a shallow tanning shelf with two sculptural white chaise lounges and an illuminated bubbler, while a square integrated spa sits immediately beside the shelf and is defined by contrasting blue mosaic tile. A long raised feature wall creates another major focal point. The wall is finished in a light stacked-stone veneer and incorporates three sheer descents of different widths, adding movement and sound across the side of the pool. Close-up photography was used to capture the texture of the stone and individual sheets of falling water, while wider images show how the feature wall fits into the overall pool layout. The surrounding deck continues the modern geometric aesthetic through large areas of light-colored pavers intersected by narrow dark aggregate bands. At the opposite end of the pool, a black structural frame and warm horizontal wood slats create a contemporary pergola and grilling pavilion that adds visual contrast to the lighter pool materials. Drone photography was especially useful for this project because the overhead perspective clearly communicates the relationship between the pool, spa, tanning shelf, water features, deck pattern, landscaping, home, lawn, and pergola in a single image.
