For this project, First Choice Media documented a training session led by Mara, a strength and conditioning coach who works with professional women golfers. Rather than staging traditional fitness portraits, the shoot focused on capturing Mara actively coaching an athlete through a variety of exercises inside The Nelson Sports facility in Las Colinas. The photographs show a diverse training session incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension equipment, weight resistance, stability work, and one-on-one instruction. By photographing both the exercises and the interaction between coach and athlete, the finished content communicates more than what Mara does—it gives prospective clients a look at what training with her actually feels like.
