PTX Custom Pools | Springtown Pool & Spillover Spa

Project Overview:

This PTX Custom Pools project in Springtown, Texas, combines a clean geometric swimming pool with a distinctive raised circular spa and several modern water features. The spa immediately stands out because of its rounded form and dark mosaic tile exterior. Water appears to flow over the broad upper edge, creating a dramatic contrast against the lighter deck and coping surrounding the pool.A large shallow tanning ledge extends beside the spa. Two white in-pool loungers create a dedicated relaxation area, while bubblers and integrated lighting add movement and visual interest.Along the opposite side of the pool, a long dark stacked-stone feature wall incorporates multiple sheer descents. The dark material palette creates a strong contrast with the light coping and concrete deck.Wide steps extend into the pool beside the tanning ledge. This creates another strong geometric element and makes the pool layout especially clear in the aerial imagery.First Choice Media documented the project during daylight, sunset, and evening conditions. This approach allowed our pool builder photography to capture both the materials and the dramatic effect of the underwater lighting after dark.Drone photography also played an important role. From above, the relationship between the rectangular pool, circular spa, tanning ledge, broad entry steps, water feature wall, and surrounding deck becomes especially easy to understand.
